If you want the Ultimate horseback riding experience in Estes Park, this is it. This is not a nose to tail ride. You will learn how to handle a horse on the best stock in the business. We are the only outfitters permitted to take riders into the remote historic homestead meadows area.
You will see homesteader cabins dating back to the eighteen hundreds and beautiful mountain meadows the touring public never sees. We offer 2 rides. Monday and Friday are the cross-country rides. Tuesday thru Thursdays are our Homestead rides. Our rides are based out of the high country corral at our private lodge located at 9200 feet, just under the 11,000 ft. peaks of the twin sisters mountain. If you're looking for a once in a lifetime horseback riding experience give us a call.
Your ride will start at 8:30 am. when we pick you up in our comfortable SUV and take you on an adventurous ride up to our high corral via a 4 wheel drive road with spectacular views of the Estes Valley. Please supply your own sack lunch, beverage, camera, jacket and hat. Riding shoes strongly suggested.
Due to the small number of riders, you will experience a more intimate and personal ride with great historical stories along the way. No large groups of people. Let the peacefulness of nature refresh you and help you forget about everything but the panoramic views of the breathtaking Rocky Mountains
"Wanting to experience mountain terrain together on Horseback, my husband googled horseback riding in Estes Park, Colorado and found this gem! We were in awe all day long! Our guide, Tim Resch really knows his way through all of Estes Park and has a beautiful cabin you can rent on top of the mountain!"

This was one of the most memorable horse back rides of my life. I've been on many trail rides and have been a guide so I had high expectations! The horses were wonderful...sure footed, reliable yet spirited enough to be really fun. I rode Marshall and was quite a gentleman. Tim was a great guide with lots of interesting stories. I would highly suggest this outfitter to anyone wanting a truly outstanding trail experience.
